i have studied chocolate & patisserie for 3 years and worked at a lot of factory's i have also ran my own chocolate festival in my home town and i run small classes here and there. at the min i am working in a factory but on the weekend i make chocolate for friends and family at home for fun

Hi Juan. Thanks! I have not done macarons yet, but am looking into learning them. My mother has done them, it takes some skill to get it just right. Your chocolates look lovely, by the way! Cheers!
