Hi everybody, indeed i am lucky, i was pretty much raised on chocolate, think about it for breakfast it was grilled toast with chocolate paste! Being in the US for the last 14 years i have definetly missed my manons, and forget about having shipped it is way to expensive to have my daily dose! So after years of going back and forth and bringing back pounds and pounds of chocolate and having my relatives bringing it as well, i have decided to start my own little business if everything goes well.Unlike most americans i do not have a problem admitting that i LOVE white chocolate with the difference being i will only eat white chocolate from Neuhaus and Cote D'or. As far as Swiss chocolate not for me, a little bitter for my taste. It is impossible for me to eat any other chocolate than Belgian Chocolate. Some of my friends here offer me chocolate (american stuff like Hersheys and Russel) i will not eat it even if i was starving on a deserted island. This stuff tastes like wallpaper, sorry guys just my opinion.

You are a lucky lady being from the Capital of Chocolate, Belgium....I was lucky enough to visit Brussels and Brugge in college. Amazing. I love Neuhaus too - so whats your take on Belgian V.S. Swiss choc? Totally different?
