That would be great to taste Israeli chocolate- I am a BIG fan of pistachios, gianduja, and hazelnutty flavors. I will try to find them online. I have a friend here from Israel who goes every year- will ask her to bring me some. Do you ever get to the US? You really should try to get to the NYC Choc Show in Nov....Amazing.

Middle-Eastern countries are not known for being big on chocolate and Patchi appears to be a global player. Making product for very different cultures is a real challenge. How does Patchi approach this challenge?
