Bostonians- if you really want a cool historical trip, take the Red line subway to Dorchester where Bakers Choc started the very FIRST Choc factory in the US! The building is still there with the name but has been converted to apartments- Bakers Apt. Complex. (theres a cool sign in honor of the choc co.) but the town is full of antique shops selling old Bakers choco stuff- very fun.

These chocs look delightful Valerie- I hope you do open a chocolaterie because Boston is really in need of more great ones! I lived there 4 years and could not beleive in that size city with that climate they do not have way more choco shops!! Whats up with that? Rent too high? all the good ones in NY? Its just not fair for such an otherwise FABULOUS city.....
