Robyn, I am using finger paiting...put a glove on, temper the colored cocoa butter super nicely, and swirl it inside the mold.

So, Andre, when you say "painting," are you using a brush to apply? I'm sorry I'm not quite understanding. You don't need to say, obviously, but it's a really nice effect.

this one is nice. Even though I am basically a purist -don't like colors on chocolate, I am tempted here and there by a cool bonbon to use the technique- out of curiosity, and this one made me curious once again!!
I am trying to use my Rev 1 to temper the colored cocoa butter...please advise me on what you use.
