ChocolateWk2012 - Roast+Conch
Roast+Conch is a new retail food concept from Hotel Chocolat featuring "cocoa cuisine." In addition to the usual suspects (e.g., hot chocolate and pastries), the menu includes unusual uses of cacao. I tried the duck confit hot pot over garlic mash with cacao nib. Very hearty and quite tasty. Not surprisingly, they are quite successful.
