The 2013 Salon was held in Lima July 5-6-7 at the Sheraton Hotel and Convention Center.
It's hard to overestimate the importance of this event for the Perúvian cacao and chocolate industries. The first lady was at the opening ceremony, as were several Ministers (Agriculture, Transportation) and Ambassadors (US, Swiss, French), and international guests (including Stéphane Bonnat and myself).
The growth is nothing short of amazing. The future is very bright.
