Can this program be used to make my own chocolate transfer sheets to be used on hard ganaches, or is it something that is strictly used with magnetic molds? If this program doesn't have that capability, is there any other program that can do that?

Has anyone attempted flavoring their chocolates with beer?

Hi Michelle,

I just tried a beer truffle that was in a molded shell without reducing the beer, and unfortunately, I'm only getting a very slight taste of the beer (Guinness). How much of a reduction did you do to get the beer flavor coming through?

Do the label printers also print bar codes? I'm starting to work with a few corporate clients, and I think they're going to want some sort of bar coding to enter my product into their systems.
