Austrian master pastry chef, master chocolatier and chocolate artist is exploring new paths in creative chocolate works. He has won 8 gold medals and more than 25 awards so far, including the the Gold Medal at the Culinary Olympics in Berlin. He never stops thinking, exploring and sharing his knowledge and discoveries with the rest of the world to be an inspiration for as many as possible chocolate lovers. Beside sculptures, you will find chocolate crystal ART-where he is a global pioneer, chocolate body paintings, chocolate artworks, chocolate paintings, hand carved objects, giant over life-sized sculptures, filigrane hand-piped chocolate ornamental artworks and lots of fundamental experiments with the medium chocolate.
