Since Marou started making waves among chocolate lovers worldwide, there are telltale signs that Vietnamese cacao is becoming the trendy thing to do in bean-to-bar chocolate. Here is my list of single-origin chocolate bars that I've found made from Vietnamese beans: http://ultimatechocolateblog.blogspot.ca/2015/02/vietnam-trending-chocolate-origin.html Do you know of any others? I'd love to learn about them!
Chocolate and cherry is always a delicious combination, and this recipe is no exception. These 'cup-pakens' have mini cherry pies hidden inside of moist chocolate cupcakes. Best of all, they are topped with a rich, real-cream chocolate ganache. Try it! I guarantee you will impress all of your friends and family with this unique dessert! http://piecaken.blogspot.ca/2014/08/cup-paken-miniature-piecakens-with.html

The Chocolate Tasting Kit: A Great Way to Unleash Your Inner Connoisseur
By Lisabeth Flanagan, 2014-04-28
Have you seen the new kit for tasting chocolate by my fellow Canadian,Eagranie Yuh? At first I didn't think I needed it, but then I saw the value for both new and experienced chocolate tasters. In fact, I might include it in chocolate tasting sessions, offer it as a draw prize to participants or even include it in the price of the workshop. I've tested it out and written all about it on my blog, check it out on The Ultimate Chocolate Blog : http://ultimatechocolateblog.blogspot.ca/2014/04/the-chocolate-tasting-kit-great-way-to.html .
