Thank you so much for writing to me and telling me about your book. I will order it today. I'm so excited! I want to keep in touch with you and later, when I'm moving more in the direction of completion with MY project, I'll run it by you.I guess I'm going to Belize with Gordon and a few others, staying on a cacao finca. It sounds wonderful. Wonder how they can make some kinds of chocolate in such hot, humid weather? Guess we'll have to just eat it all up because it won't last in the heat. SC -Welcome to The Chocolate Life. That day trip sounds fabulous. I am in the middle of helping plan a trip next year from Venice to London through Prague and Paris on The Orient Express. I am looking forward to London as I hear that the chocolate scene there has exploded over the last little while. What are some of you favorite London Chocolate spots?
