Hi Adrianne, I'm not a chocolate maker do be clear. I'm a patissier and make viennoisserie, icecream and ofcourse chocolates. I've met Clay several times, he even was in my house last year for one night bevore he was visiting other places in Europe. I try to convince small brands to sell there chocolate in Belgium and soI try to support bean-to-bar chocolate makers. Like Nat Bletter (of Madre) one's said: "Our chocolate is now available at one of the most celebrated chocolatiers in Belgium, Patissier Vercruysse (Share what is great and good in the world). Not my words Adrienne
I hope one day to meet you in person,I am on the other side of chocolate,a consumer who has passion for good tasting chocolate and meeting the artisans who make it.I do much research in chocolate in buying and tasting many dark chocolate bars a long the way. i saw Clay yesterday at the opening of the new Amedei store.
I also hope to one day go to the chocolate origins conference
Do you make your own plain dark b2b or craft chocolate bars?
sorry to dissapoint you for the gianduja. This is a artisan gianduja and is only sold in our shop in Belgium and the Netherlands. My chocolates and specialities areproduced in small quantities with chocolatemade byartisan chocolatemakersand this makes it so special for my clients here in Belgium. I'm 25 years chocolatier and never used Belgium Industrial chocolate, thanks for your admiration.
