Each week I do my thing, from chocolates true viennoisserie, icecream & pastry. Kortrijk (my hometown) is mostly based on the classic food. The people hereprefer the more traditional pastry, but the things I do, are selling well to the youngest of my clients. Since some years now I do only the pairings that I like, or you liked or you don't.

I believe this particular creation of yours (along with the sabl-cuberdon one,) has pushed my curiosity over the line to more of an urgent need to visit your shop in the near future! Nice to see a shop in Belgium presenting some less traditional and more intreguing flavour and texture combinations!
