Do you let your ganache set overnight before you cap it or enrobe it ? The ganache will shrink and suck the sides of your chocolate in..

I am looking to get some custom candy bar wrappers done but cant seem to find a company that does it on a wholesale level. All the companies i have found just make the wrappers to go over hershey bars.
If anyone would be willing to give up the name of the company they use that would be great!!!

Hey Sarah,
When you startto look for compressors againI wouldrecommend getting one with 2 hoses. It helps with production if you want 2 people spraying or if you just want to have multiple colors ready as you work... It also helps if theairbrushes get clogged you can blow thenozzle out, without having to take the brush apart... its just a time saver once you get into production mode...
