Chocolate, Cheese, and Beer. To many an unlikely pairing but it actually turns out that chocolate and beer make for easier and more satisfying pairings than many chocolate and wine pairings.
This event will feature five beers, five chocolates, and five cheeses. Rather than focusing on pairings that "work," the session will focus on helping participants understand how and why food pairings actually work. This will be done through a series of exercises that participants can easily learn and use on their own.
