FCIA’s upcoming Elevate Chocolate – Winter 2017 to be held in San Francisco on Saturday, January 21 ^st and the FCIA will be kicking off a year-long celebration of their 10 ^th anniversary with a full-day format topped off by an after-party with live music by La Gente , one of San Francisco’s foremost Latin/Reggae groups.

The program includes two keynote speakers, new HCP designations with tastings, an expanded and enhanced Table Talks program, and new networking activities including Chocolate Maker and Chocolatier Huddles. Of course, the event will feature the ever-popular Gallery Showcase.

From morning to evening, FCIA’s Elevate Chocolate will be the place to be in San Francisco.
