When people think about pairing chocolate with a beverage, the first thing that comes to mind is "dark chocolate, red wine." Like the old adage about red wine going with beef and white wine going with fish, this is true to a limited extent: you might not get any real clunkers, but finding truly inspired pairings can be very difficult.
In these sessions, ChocolateLife creator Clay Gordon will, through some out of the box pairings (milk chocolate with an English Pale Ale, for example), show you that chocolate just might actually pair better with beer.
There are two sessions and a variety of ticket options .
