Join Chris Cuzme, 508's new Master Brewer and your ChocolateLife host, Clay Gordon, for a very special 6 course chocolate and beer Chef's Table tasting menu on Valentine's Day.
Every course will incorporate cacao, cocoa, and/or chocolate in some form, and each course has been selected to pair with a specific 508 beer - all of which are made on the premises. Chris and I collaborated on the menu and we'll both be there to present each course as well as to tell stories and answer questions and beer, chocolate, and pairing.
Nothing on the menu is like anything you've probably ever seen before done in chocolate. We'll have the final menu and price posted in a few hours.
BUT ... please note, this is a Chef's Table and there are only 10 seats, for five couples only.

Price: $150/couple, plus tax and tip.

Special beers include Pompale, a Belgian blonde aged on pomegranate tea and Saxual Healing, a Russian Imperial Stout aged on Pacari cocoa nibs.
Space is extremely limited - there is room for only five couples at the Chef's Table at 508.
