The fourth annual salon, featuring a full conference program including Stéphane Bonnat, this year with a focus on introducing international guests to Peruvian producers.
In support of that focus, there is a sponsored, all-expenses paid trip from the 8th-11th for international guests who will be attending the Salon. La Ruta del cacao will take guests from Lima to Tingo Maria and elsewhere to get first-hand introductions with producers.
