The Portland Chocolate Mob, a group of ragtag Portland chocolate makers, chocolatiers, and a cocoa bean purveyor, has a mission to spread chocolate enlightenment. They hope to reach the masses with Portland’s first Choktoberfest, a seasonal event bringing together northwest artisan brewers and chocolate makers on Oct. 10 for pairings, tastings and all-around revelry.
