We have adapted the concept of this exhibition to the culture and customs of each host country by always striving to showcase the skills of the People who produce this exceptional product.
On all three continents, the exhibition reveals the same social phenomenon: the enthusiasm chocolate generates, the pleasure it provides, the wellbeing it provides, and the passion of the chocolate makers who transform it.
Through its industrial manufacturing, chocolate has become accessible to everyone... Thanks to artisans, it gained its noble credentials... It is these two vocations that we have always endeavored to present, over and above the polemics, by receiving all parties that respect chocolate.
More than ever, we particularly wish to put the accent on the Quality of the Artisanship, with all the creativity it generates. Chocolate for all... All for chocolate! Such is and will remain the credo of our exhibitions... To bring this exceptional product to life!

An open invitation to everyone who is interested in Meeting Up in Paris during the Salon du Chocolat:I am staying at the Pavillon Porte de Versailles (37, rue du Hameau) which is just off the Rue de Vaugirard and the Porte de Versailles metro stop and within a couple of minutes' stroll of the Expo Center where the Salon du Chocolat is being held.I will be in the lobby of the hotel on Friday morning, October 16th, from 8:00am on to meet with everyone who wants to gather and have a coffee or chocolat chaud before heading over to the show to be there for the opening bell.See you there.
