Vera: I am looking forward to seeing Sepp again. We met at the 100th Anniversary of Felchlin back in 2008. Most people don't know, but Sepp is key to the whole Felchlin chocolate manufacturing operation.
Last year speakers: Philipp (Original Beans), Mott (Grenada Chocolate), Santiago (Pacari) and Kees Raat (Metropolitan Deli). This year many more: Sepp Schnbchler (Felchlin), Martin Christy (Seventy %) and Clay Gordon!
