I am scheduled to be giving a presentation this year that's all about Taste.

Last year I gave the talk, "How Chocolate Gets Its Taste."

This year I will be working with a local chef and we will be giving an interactive tasting that focuses on the creative side of taste - and how chefs come up with flavor pairings for confections and pastries.
