Founder of Vintage Plantations Chocolate - and the guy who gave me my first job in sales in the chocolate industry ... back in 1998. Called him out of the blue after getting a Cluizel tasting box and he hired me. Then I went on his University of Chocolate trips in 2003 and 2005, amazing adventures organized by a dedicated individual.
Sarah - A very good question. When you asked this question back in 2009, I couldn't name one. Now it's 2014 and I know of a small handfull. As I see them, I will take photos and update!
It is fun to see some of the faces of chocolate makers I have not met (and whose chocolate I love) and also some old friends! Nice. One question... where are the women?
