ChocolateWk2012 - Damian Allsop
Damian Allsop made a name for himself quite some time ago. He upped the ante (and his game) with the introduction of his pure collections - water ganaches. This new collection features a bonbon made 100% (ganache and enrobing chocolate) with Pacari raw. It takes the basic chocolate, which is an international award winner, and elevates it even more. A great chocolate and a fabulous collection.
